A moving sky
The sky is not fixed to the calendar we inherited.
The slow motion of Earth
Earth’s rotational axis slowly wobbles in a cycle lasting roughly 25,772 years. This motion, called axial precession, gradually changes the stellar background behind seasonal reference points.
Why the signs shifted
The tropical zodiac remains anchored to the equinoxes and seasons. The constellations continue along their apparent motion, so today’s physical sky no longer matches zodiac placements established in antiquity.
An observable foundation
Real-Sky Astrology begins with current celestial coordinates. It asks where the Sun, Moon, or planet physically appears before applying any symbolic interpretation.
